Notes:
This is a low to the ground Holly type plant, that has Yellow & Purple Flowers. I saw them out in the woods near Watkinsville, Georgia.

I have two bushes of this nobel plant in its prevailing parafum. it start to flower in early March this Year. here in Bromley , in Kent , England, UK.

Leatherleaf Mahonia. It’s not a holly. The blooms are fragrant yellow and the purple berries that follow are eaten by birds. A nice shade plant. I believe the botanical name is Mahonia bealei.
