Notes:
We just bought our home every plant here is new to us. Above are 3 differnt plants. The first 2 I do not know what they are or how to care for them. The 3rd is a Japanese Maple but I dont know how to care for it. I would like to help them become healthy and beautiful but dont want to harm them in any way so I need some help. The photos had to be reduced in size so i dont know how to upload a better one, I’m hoping the plant details will help identify. I know I can trust your help. Thank you.

2- Details are too blurry to be certain, these flowers might be a type of crabapple (?). Check out the included link for a cultivar in the group. Click on images to enlarge. Best wishes! https://www.wilsonnurseries.com/plants/adams-flowering-crabapple/

I must disagree. The first pink flower is not an individual flower with blades, its on a bush like plant. I think its a rhododendron. The flowers are almost like tissue paper and are sets all over the bush, its about 1.5 to 2ft tall, and has beautiful leaves.
