    Maybe a braided tropical hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa sinensis) (?). Not able to see these in person, I can’t tell why the leaves are turning yellow.     The tree may be deciduous so the yellowing may be a natural part of its seasonal cycle. Since it appears to have serrated heart shaped leaves. It may be a Tilia spp. common name: Linden or Basswood

    No, itÕs in the exact spot that the previous owner left it. I can move it to a different place with more lighting.
