Notes:

I have been pulling out saplings of this tree from my yard since we moved to our home three years ago. I want to know exactly what I am up against. Originally I thought it was a Mountain Cherry Laurel, but this tree has serrated elliptical leaves. This tree does however have small white blooms which become a cherry like fruit that the birds eat and then spread all over my yard. This tree is evergreen, and the saplings start up anytime of the year.
