This large shrub was found in an Australian garden, it is approx 8 feet tall and has small flowers with multiple florets, a seen in the first picture. What is it? Thanks

Flowers details are not close enough to be certain. I’m speculating only, this could be either a cultivar of Viburnum genus or Premna serratifolia. I’m leaning toward Viburnum, check out cultivars in the V. tinus & V. punctatum groups. If it is neither of those, make new post with close flowers photo. Best wishes!
