Notes:
this is the most beautiful plant in my garden. last year, only one came up–this year there are about 5, and all stalks originate from the same root. the year before, it was totally absent from the garden. as you can see from the photos, blooming has just begun, the flowers appear to grow at the top of the silver-grey, fuzzy leaves.
