photos are too blurry & not able to see the whole plant, I’m guessing the leaves are alternate on the stem (?). Maybe a type of persimmon (Diospyros). If this is persimmon, I can’t tell which cultivar this is. Check out the link below for the common persimon (Diospyros virginiana). If this isn’t persimmon, make new post with photo of the plant.
