Witchazel Master Identifier says:
Lycoris Radiata, or spider lily. Multiplies rapidly, straplike leaves appear in the fall and over winter and die back in early summer. Bare flower stalks appear in late summer to start the process all over again. A real treasure and fairly uncommon but once you know what to look for, you can spot others blooming in your area around the same time.
