Unfortunately these photos are too blurry to tell. From this distance, there are number of grasses that have similar looking appearance. I has a few ideas, but unable to go further without more details. Please resubmit with a more focus photos. Also closeup of culm /stalk, blade, collar, ligule , etc… If there are any flowers & seed heads it would help quickly. Copy & paste the included link below for keys to grass anatomy.
