Notes:
I live in a little house on the west side of Athens and this morning I noticed these little strings growing off the side of a black rubber cable that runs from the ground outside my bedroom to the roof. There’s been a lot of rain and cold here lately, it appears to be some sort of fungus or mold since it’s not growing out of the ground?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
