Without its cones and closeup of the trunk, I could only guess this maybe something in the Hinoki cypress (Chamaecyparis obtusa)? Perhaps the fernspray cultivar ‘Filicoides’? Copy & paste these included links and see if you have a match. If you still uncertain, please resubmit when the tree blooms with photos of flowers & cones (fruits) if there are any. Best wishes!
