Notes:
Received these as ‘gift’ from a China source. No comments as to what they are or how to use them. Don’t know if they could be poisonous, noxious, or invasive once they begin to grow. If not, don’t know how to plant, in what soil and if seeds need preparation (such as soaking, scratching, etc.) Can you help?

I want to add that, not knowing what type these seeds these are. I could only suggest that you can plant one in a pot with potting soil, water it well and put in a sunny room/window until the weather is warm then set it out door. The other in water as the link above. Again this is only a suggestion.

It’s hard to tell with out the fruits to help narrow down. I’m taking a wild guess, perhaps lotus seeds (Nelumbo nucifera)? Please give us an update as they grow more mature. For now check out this included link below for how to propagate lotus seeds. Best wishes! https://www.mamtamotiyani.com/blog/gardening/how-to-grow-lotus-at-home-from-seeds
