A bright yellow, button/ball flower approximately 1/2 inch in diameter on long spindly stem with little or no leaves. Has an aromatic, herb like smell when picked. Competes well with the taller, wild mustard

It’s hard to see the plant’s details from this distance & angle. Please give us a closeup of the flower, the back of the flower, the leaves & its side view. For now a wild guess, possible the globe chamomile (Oncosiphon piluliferum)? Check it out and see if you have a match. Best wishes!
