I think it looks like white sage. But… Like Bobby mentioned… A picture of the plant in it’s natural form is far more likey to get correct identification than some sprigs plucked off the plant.

It does have the fragrance of strong sage. I have an inkling it may be sage brush but I’m not sure

Wow dude, it does kinda look like rosemary all wadded into a ball! Not nasturtium, maybe the desert sage man. Does it have any fragrance of either rosemary or sage? Like grab a shot of the whole plant when you can man.

By the way they didn’t start out looking like a clump I put the pieces I picked into a clump. What is this herb man? Is this an herb or not ?

This was found and picked from the ground dude! This was a plant itself! This was not found in a tree! I thought that this could of been Desert Rosemary or desert sage! Oh my gosh well I guess I should of notified where I found the plant.
