check out Euphorbia tithymaloides, and its subspecies, formerly known by the old scientific name Pedilanthus tithymaloides. It has many common names. A few include redbird cactus, zigzag plant, and devil’s backbone. This might be Euphorbia tithymaloides f. variegata.
