I wish I could see the inner parts of the flowers to be certain. I’m guessing this could be a type of Coleonema, perhaps Coleonema pulchellum (confetti bush). According to sources, Coleonema species are often misidentified under another genus: the Diosma. Check it out and see if you have a match.
