My small red rose potted plant sits on my front lanii here in Vennice Florida. Got it for VAlentine’s day. Bloomed twice – very pretty but now the lower leaves are turning yellow. What should I do? What did I do wrong? Fertilized once with a small amount of Miracle Gro plant fertilizer and water once weekly. It’s a nice little plant and I would like to take it back to Big Canoe, Georgia where I live. Thank you

Correct about Columbine. Its a perrenial however and the native comes in several varieties depending on where you are. Tons of cultivars. Aquegulia is its genus
