Notes:
Just moved in to my new house and wondering what this ever green plant is. When we looked at the house it was snowing and this plant was still green. Now it’s summer and it is putting up these stalks. I don’t know how to care for this plant.

Looks like flowering yucca! To my surprise they are reported to be winter tolerant in USDA temperate zone 4 which includes part of NY state.
