Notes:
I found this in a sunny, slightly swampy area. It is a bush. There are only 3 of them I would like to dig up. I thought a butterfly bush but can’t find that it is. And I have butterfly bushes the leaves are green on top and yellow on bottom.. It looks like a pink plume. Thank you.

Looks like on of the species in Spiraea genus. This might be Spiraea tomentosa, common names include steeplebush or harhack.
