Very tall plant seemed to pop up out in drain spout from my house growing next to a window about 4 to 5 feet tall. Looks like some sort of flower in starting on some places on the leaves, I don’t know if weed , flower , vegatable or what?

This is one of those times where it could be one of several different plants, and a pic of the bloom would pin it down. Some of the plants that come to mind… include poke weed, Eutrochium purpureum , mountain mint… Each picture looks like something else…
