Without the plant’s flower to help with the ID, I’m taking a guess for now. This could be a type of Crinum with dark color leaves. Check out one in the group, Queen Emma Purple Crinum (Crinum procerum var. splendens) from the included link below. There is another hybrid called Crinum ‘Sangria’ also has dark color leaves.
