I have this plant in my garden given to me by someone who moved house I have no idea what it is?

Maybe a species of Yucca, this might be the Yucca gigantea syn. Yucca elephantipes, Yucca guatemalensis. Some of the common names include spineless yucca, sof-tip yucca, blue-stem yucca, etc… Will need flowers to confirm or rule out this possible ID. Check it out and see if you have a match.
