Notes:
Is this poison ivy? I’ve been treating it as though it is, but I’m not sure. It’s growing under/in the groundcover. Between this and the groundcover it’s a mess of tangled vines under all the leaves. Makes it a bit difficult to try and remove. If possible, can you id the groundcover?

Another plant to check out for the ground cover is a variegated wintercreeper ( Euonymus fortunei ‘Variegatus’). Click on images to enlarge from the link below. Best wishes! http://www.missouribotanicalgarden.org/PlantFinder/PlantFinderDetails.aspx?taxonid=245673&isprofile=0&

I think the ground cover is perhaps variegated vinca. The other looks light it’s probably a baby tree, perhaps some variety of oak.

Probably not, because of the extreme length of the center leaf stem in the upper picture – but I can’t ID it.
