Notes:
I have the non poisonous sumac trees with the red buds all over my backyard, and I noticed this one looks a little different. The leaves are not serrated like the other trees, they are smooth, I don’t see any berries on this one, and was wondering if this is poison sumac or a different kind that is non poisonous.

They are considered invasive junk trees. Do not feel bad about pulling them out.

I believe you are right about Ailanthus altissima. There are more around it that are bigger in size and have the pinkish hanging flowers or blossoms.
