Notes:
At its base it has this sort of fuzzy consistency, leaves were really bright green, thin, and wavy. It’s drying out and I think I was told the wrong care info! Please help me identify so I can nurse it to health!

It looks like fern, but I’m not an expert on ferns and with the dried up leaves it is difficult to narrow down which group this is. You could contact a Fern Society for its exact ID.
