I agree with Laura735. Looks like ligustrum. We have one outside my kitchen window and it is HUGE.

It’s hard to tell for certain without its flowers or fruits. With opposite glossy leaves, I’m guessing this could be a non native species privets (Ligustrum) perhaps?
