Unable to see details of the flowers, I’m guessing maybe something in the Ophiopogon genus (Mondo grass)? This might the O. jaburan (giant Mondo grass )or one of its cultivar? Check out the included link below for one of its cultivar ‘Crystal Falls’. Best wishes!
