Notes:
Soft flat pine needle like leaves. Little round balls cover every stem. I know it been growing here for at least 15 years

I can’t see ‘the round balls’ clearly to be certain. I’m speculating only, this might be a type of Yew (Taxus). According to sources, some of the species and cultivars grown in PA include T.baccata, T. cuspidata, Taxus x media etc…. Perhaps you cant take a branch to garden centers and compare with their Taxus species and hybrids to yours. Best wishes! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxus
