These were at my house when I purchased it. Trying to figure out what they are so I know how to care for and trim them.

Without flowers to narrow down is ID, I’m guessing yours might be the cultivar ‘Otto Luyken’ of English laurel/ common laurel (Prunus laurocerasus)? Check it out and see if you have a match.
