Looks like a type of maple Acer), but without its flowers & fruits to narrow down further; I can’t go further than the genus. Copy & paste the included link below for some of the species with similar looking leaves, the Carolina Red Maple (Acer rubrum var. trilobum) & Drummond’s Red Maple (Acer rubrum var. drummondii).
