Notes:
This little plant appeared snugged up next to a cedar tree. Can you tell me what it is? It looks like a Black Cohosh I planted last summer in the back that failed. Thank you!

Straight down view is hard to see its stems fomation. Also it’s hard to tell without its flowers since there other plants with similar looking leaves. Please give us an update when it blooms.
