Notes:

I have three of these plants in my backyard. The third one, the leaves look a little bit different with a lighter stripe on the inside but as far as I can tell they are all three the same kind of plant. They have lasted a whole year since IÕve lived at my house and through the winter. I think maybe it looks like some kind of yucca. I love the way they look though and IÕd like to get more of them.

    I can’t see the leaves details clear enough to be certain. But I think you could be right. Possible the Adam’s needles (Yucca filamentosa). Check out images from the included link below to compare, click on them to enlarge. You can increase more yucca plants by dividing them in the fall.
