It has a silky feel n Sticky residue on stems.
As far as i can tell it’s a Proboscidea louisianica: Proboscidea louisianica (Mill.) Thell. The same type of plant started growing in my back yard, in South Texas. It has the same pods, is stinky and leaves a sticky residue. Let me know if you identify it.
