Notes:
Dear Fellow Gardners, I’ve had this come up in my garden year after year with great vigor. Would you know it’s name? I’d like to identify it so I can find ways to keep it back as best possible. My indoor seedlings are going to need a home outdoors in the garden in a few weeks. I have a little time to work on getting rid of the briars but may opt for containers depending on how I end up dealing with the briars. Warm Regards, Georgia Dave

Probably something in the cane berry group (Rubus)? With out its fruits & flowers it’s hard to tell more. Check out Walter’s link for getting rid of the common blackberry. Best wishes! http://www.walterreeves.com/gardening-q-and-a/blackberry-vine-weed-identification/
