Notes:
Closing on a new house and there 3 trees encroaching septic field and roof line. I am planning on cutting down but would like to make sure of species before doing so. I believe one to be American beech but am new to a lot of tree species.

With out photos of these trees to narrow down their genera and species. I’m guessing only. 1- Black gum aka black tupelo (Nyssa sylvatica)? 3- Maybe elm, check out Siberian elm. https://www.google.com.sg/search?q=Nyssa+sylvatica+flowers&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiqwOyfwY7MAhUDH6YKHfZiBoUQ7AkIJw&biw=1366&bih=598
