This plant started to grow out of my bermuda. At first, I thought it might be a crape myrtle due to leaf size and arrangement so I let it grow. As you can tell, the leaves grew and it’s definately not a crape. It kind of looks like a Persimmon tree, but not sure. I have a couple of male trees in my back yard (no fruit) so I don’t that it could be. Help! Thanks.

Looks like persimmon. Likely wildlife species ate the fruits elswhere and helped “planting” new one from undigested seeds.
