Notes:
This tree or out of control woody weed is in Alpharetta. Purple flowers like upside down wisteria. Flowering in April. No leaves in April. Plant is about 30 feet tall.

Yes. You must be right. This large tree version was behind a row of cypress so we didn’t see it last year….the first year in our home. However, we did take a chain saw to about a dozen of its very large leaved relatives which we called jack and the bean stock plants because they seemed to grow 15 feet over night. We never saw them with flowers. This one will soon meet the same end. Thank you.
