I wish I could the leaves clear enough to be certain. I’m wondering if this is a cultivar of the European beech (Fagus sylvatica). Check out the Fagus sylvatica ‘Purpurea Tricolor’/Fagus sylvatica ‘Roseo Marginata’ and see if you have a match. If that isn’t F. sylvatica, make new post with closeup photo of the leaves.
