Notes:
These just popped up with our Spring weather in the midlands of South Carolina. They have an onion smell to them. What are they and how do I get rid of them?

Not seeing their leaves. I’m guessing maybe some thing in the starflower/spring starflower . According to sources, it was in the Ipheion genus then it is moved to the Tristagma genus. If this is starflower, I can’t tell for certain which cultivar this is. Check out link below for more information. Second link with help method of eradication of starflower. Best wishes! http://www.pacificbulbsociety.org/pbswiki/index.php/Tristagma#Jessie
