Very soft leaves, not sure if it flowers or not.

I can’t tell with out its flowers. I could only speculate these leaves look like of those of the dwarf flowering almond group, maybe Prunus glandulosa ‘Sinensis’? Check it out and see if you have a match. If it isn’t that, when it blooms again and you still don’t know, make new post with picture of flowers.
