Notes:
This I am sure was planted by the Hospital’s ground keepers In Elko Nevada. Elko is a city that has snow in the winter time and these flowers survived a light winter snow just a week ago. They appear to be more of a bush than individual flowers… I am looking for what they are called so that I can plant them in my own garden… Many thanks

Looks like baptisia. http://www.clemson.edu/extension/hgic/plants/landscape/flowers/hgic1184.html There seems to be a number of similar flowers that grow wild out there… You might try researching Psorothamnus schottii and Palmers Milkvetch
