Notes:

Plant 1 is a vine that come when we bought the house. It is planted next to a trellis. May be a Climatis, but we are unsure. It also may just be weed of some kind. The next two are of a succulent given to us by a family member. It grows on a woody stem and is about 12′ tall. The leaves(?) look like a hen-chick variety of some sort. It is dividing at the top and forming more rosettes. It is supposed to divide at the root end, but that has not occurred.

Thanks, Metrosideros (Flower Fanatic). I checked the net for pictures of Arabian Jasmine, and am not sure you are correct. The leaf shape looks more like Clematis perle d’Azur, but we have not lived here long enough for it to bloom, so that is a qualified guess. We appreciate your suggestion and will keep it in mind. We will post pictures, if and when it blooms.
