Can anyone tell me what this fuzzy cotton looking nest like thing is on my plant. I have 3 plants that have this on it. It looks something like a caterpillar nest, but I do not think it is. It also looks like there are little brown seeds in it. They just all of a sudden showed up on the plant. Should I just let them stay or try to clean them off of the plant. Any advice is appreciated.
