Please give us a closeup of the leaves & branches in a new post. Hopefully with some flower buds. I’m taking a wild guess for now, from this distances these leaves look like a type of hibiscus (?). Flowers will help with the ID quickly. Check out images of Hibiscus rosa-sinensis from the included link below leaves. Again I’m only speculating.
