The plants details e.g. leaves veins, branches, & main trunk are not clear enough to help narrow down its ID. I’m wondering if this could be some thing in the Malus genus (apple & crabapples) or cherry (Prunus) (?). But with out its flowers to confirm, I’m only purely speculating. The link is for Malus.
