There are tropical hibsicus & hardy hibiscus, these leaves don’t look like either of those. Also the plant’s base & side view are obscured to tell more. To my eyes these look like some either holly hock (Alcea rosea) or the tall mallow (Malva sylvestris). But I’m only speculate here. Flowers are needed for a confirmed ID. When it blooms and you still don’t know, make new post with flowers photo. Best wishes!
