Name that plant

This has been growing in my veggie bed for the past 2 years. HavenÕt seen it flowering. Please help me find out what this is.

Please resubmit with a closeup side view of the plant & its main stem. It’s hard to see from a straight down angle. Are the stems woody? Did the plant stay evergreen or dormant during winter? A woody type plant will take longer time to flower than a herbaceous one. Please tell us these details, it would help us narrow down the ID for you. Thank you and best wishes!
