Notes:
I discovered this gorgeous flowering plant in Pulaski Square in Savannah. The bush was huge — maybe 15 ft. tall or more. I didn’t notice that it was fragrant. I’m from Michigan and have never seen anything quite so beautiful! What is it and can I grow it in my Metro Atlanta backyard?
