This looks like Ailianthus altissima, the “tree of heaven”, also called stinkweed. If you break off a leaf, does it smell very bad? It is a fast growing tree that will thrive anywhere. The roots travel in long lines and others will sprout off the root even very far away. It’s a great plant where nothing else will grow, but otherwise, too invasive and not something you’d want.
