The leaves details are too far away to tell. There are numerous spring flowering shrubs with opposite leaves like yours. And without flowers to help narrow down its ID, for now I could only suggest you check out some of these similar looking candidates: Mock orange, Weigela, Beauty Bush (Kolkwitzia amabilis), Abelia, etc…If you not able to find a match, make new post with closeup photos of leaves & stems.
